Our vision

We see that too many brands are stuck in the middle. They used to be all time favorites, but over time most of their fans have lost faith in them. You’ll find them on many shelves, you may even see their ads and banners, but they are not on your mind. These brands have much to gain.

Look through the eyes of consumers: can you see any difference between, say, telecom brands? Or banks, for that matter? Consumers don’t any more. Bombarded with choices with meaningless and often futile differences, people experience sameness everywhere. They rely more and more on personal recommendations and less on what brands are telling them.

The way people make buying decisions and choose brands has totally changed. Most brands don't seem to have noticed. They still allocate budgets across broad media.

Winner brands don’t follow the same mediocre strategy. They know that strategically targeting at the right touch points and to the right people is crucial. They offer great personal experiences, both in the real world and digital world. These are the brands that people and press like to talk about. The ones they fully embrace and let in on their lives. Because these brands continuously know what moves and touches people. They don’t try to be friends with everyone. This is the way to win.
